CSM has significantly expanded its operations in recent years:

• On June 29, 2021, it acquired the tobacco distribution business previously operated by a wholesaler on the island of Faial.
• On June 1, 2022, it integrated two new tobacco distribution business units on the islands of Terceira and Pico.

Currently, the company operates on the islands of São Miguel, Terceira, Faial, and Pico — the four most populous in the Azores — thus covering about 90% of the archipelago’s population.
